FAQ

Sale Items

All sale items, discounted and promotional merchandise, including sales in which any discount/promo codes are used are FINAL SALE and are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. No Exceptions. Any use of a promotional code on a sale item may result in a complete cancellation of your order. 

Discounted hoodies and tees are occasionally placed in an area that can be exposed to some sunlight. This generally does not affect the garment in a noticeable way and they're generally rotated enough to avoid discoloration, but occasionally, mostly with black knits, there can be a loss of color in some areas, as a result to this. If you're concerned about loss of color, you're more than welcome to inquire to a sale items condition before purchasing.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, the sale is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. No exceptions.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. Our packages are ship via UPS and USPS. 

Domestic    $10 (2-7 days)
International     $35 (5-10 days)

Shipping is nonrefundable, no matter what. Multiple orders cannot be combined after they are created. You're welcome to contact info@clubnever.com to see if we're able to do so, but the policy is as stated. 

Packages cannot have their delivered altered and we cannot and will not change or intercept a delivery. We will only ship to address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled.

We do not offer signature confirmation and are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We do provide tracking with our shipments

  

Exchanges

If you'd like to request an exchange of an item, please contact info@clubnever.com with the request. Club Never will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication. Always include your order # when making a return

Returns

Launch & Seasonal product items are final sale.  All inner and/or undergarments, and sale items are also final sale.

For all non-sale items, returns must be made within 14 days of arrival accompanied by the original packing slip in new/unworn condition with tags. Returns are for store credit only. Please contact info@clubnever.com for all order and return inquiries. Club Never does not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication.

Return shipping is on the buyer. You may ship the item back to Club Never  whichever way you prefer, but please make sure you ship back with tracking so that we can verify receiving it.

Items ordered online may be returned in store at the Club Never flagship store in Houston, Texas. 

Return requests will be denied for suspected resellers.

 

Limited Edition Product

We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service. We reserve the right to refuse bulk orders. Multiple orders placed for the same product on items limited to one (1) per customer will be cancelled entirely without question.

 

Tracking Your Order

An order confirmation email will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order has shipped, a shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.

  

Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to Texas

 

Payment

We accept payments by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

We carry out pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
